for this week in web design i did a website for home for christmas this semester i really struggled with some of the things in dream weaver i really like creating fluid websites over the other websites i find it so much easer to place what i wanted to i had a hard time getting the other things to go where i wanted also i struggled in understanding what changes would effect the things i wanted to change when i sat down i had a clear idea ugh of how i wanted the website to look it was like a light switch was flipped all of a sudden i just understood lots of this stuff for some reason i was having difficulty understanding i created this website and threw it became a lot more conferrable with the edit class i also was able to salve problems in the coding that i did not understand earlier so i am really happy with how this project went well i like the finished look i decently think this is my best project so far

for this week we learned what questions we should ask the clients when building a website so that we can get the right lay out pictures information target audience and information also we can get the colors right even if it is something we know does not look good it is what the client wants our job is to create something that they want and refine it advise them and try to find a solution to excite that looks good and is what they want so they can be successful on the web i finished my city project and fixed the like so they would be deferent colors i learned to change the cash so you can see the change and also how to fix the text and where i missed the div tag

on the mid term it was relitively easy wonce i started to stop using templates i created each page by making one and copy past and making and to help in easing the prosses of the of getting the buttens to match up on the pic behind the button and i used the drawing shape buttone

i got the templates started and i did good on the about us one accidentally deleted my Photoshop mock up of it tow the only snag i am really running in to on it is the footer i cant get the color to change it is saying i have the color set in the template and so i go in and changed the template and thin i turn around and it still wont let me i am really having trouble with the index and the text pages of the website because every time i move the footer in one it moves the other so i made sepraet css pages for them and they still do it i this project makes me sure i hate dream weave as much as it hates me i have pretty much completed my about up page and will start on my index page and i will continue to search for a solution to the problem with the footers but i don't have any ieagh what to do for them except to skip them for now and just try to move on my goal for Monday is to have index almost done and have the about us almost done pending a few adjustments so i can focus on my content pages

for the forth week of class i just transfers in i did project four builder building the coffee website for them with only the text and the two pictures i had some trouble with my template mainly i messed up on creating editable media for the pic so wen i set it it would change all the pic to match i went with a simple lay out logo at the top there pic under centered on the page with textures one eater side them the required text under the side bar was located by the text this allowed for the navigation of the pages and to the other sight as well as the footer at the bottom linked to the other sight i had the index page the menu page and the quote page and at the bottom of the list is the fourth link linked to there site
